Terms and conditions

1. All attendees are mandatory to register for an E-Pass to enter the venue.
2. However, participants who wish to perform in any of our events must provide additional details through the respective registration. Selected participants will receive a confirmation of their registered credentials. 
3. Possession of the E-Pass does not confirm your entry as a participant/Performer. 
4. Eligibility requires participants to be Malayali.
5. All participants must be 18 years or older by January 31st, 2024
   
6. Differentiation between visit visas and resident visa holders is necessary.
7. KCL is conducted outdoors on a turf wicket using a leather ball in a 20-20 format.
8. Players without prior experience in leather ball cricket should abstain from registering for the trials.
9. All attendees must bring their complete cricket gear.
10. Access to the trials will be denied to those without proper cricket gear.
11. Attire for the trials should not be white, as the game employs a white ball.
12. Attendance for selection is limited to one district only.
13. The trials will be supervised by professionals, and their decisions will be conclusive.
