Terms and conditions
1. All attendees are mandatory to register for an E-Pass to enter the venue.
2. Individuals desiring to participate in any of our events are required to furnish supplementary information via the corresponding registration tab.
3. Those participants who are selected will be contacted for additional documentation related to their registered credentials.
4. Possession of the E-Pass does not confirm your entry as a participant/Performer.
5. This competition is open to all Keralites.
6. Registration: Only one entry per District will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. All participants must be 18 years or older by January 31st, 2024,
8. Teams should consist of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 participants. For live audio performances, two additional members are allowed.
9. Participants can only join one team, and the teams should exclusively comprise females.
10. Performances should minimum 6 minutes and maximum 10 minutes, as exceeding this limit will result in disqualification.
11. Performance order will be determined by a draw conducted in advance. Participants must follow the finalized order during the event unless otherwise permitted by the organizers.
12. Teams need to be present one hour before the competition starts and ready for performance 30 minutes before their allocated slot.
13. Participants should dress in appropriate costumes and will have access to dressing areas for final touch-ups using their makeup kits 45 minutes before their performance.
14. Teams may share dressing areas and are expected to display good sportsmanship.
15. Stage arrangements are managed by organizers; teams are not allowed to make any stage changes.
16. Background props are not permitted.
17. Teams must provide a properly labelled USB with their music in MP3 format, and a backup copy, one hour before the event. Additionally, a final music file must be submitted to the Convener via email at least a week before the event for confidential review.
18. Audio clarity of the song is the responsibility of the participating teams.
19. Live singing is allowed but will not affect the judging criteria.
20. The judges' decisions will be final and binding.
