​ ​Terms and conditions

1. All attendees are mandatory to register for an E-Pass to enter the venue.
2. Team leaders from interested teams are requested to register through the designated tab for the respective event. Upon selection by the committee, you will be contacted to provide details for all other team members.
3. Possession of the E-Pass does not confirm your entry as a participant/Performer.
4. This competition is open to all Keralites.
5. Registration: Only one entry per District will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. All participants must be 18 years or older by January 31, 2024.
7. Teams should consist of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 participants.
8. Participants can only join one team.
9. Performances should not exceed 10 minutes, as exceeding this limit will result in disqualification.
10. Performance order will be determined by a draw conducted in advance. Participants must follow the finalised order during the event unless otherwise permitted by the organisers.
11. Teams need to be present one hour before the competition starts and ready for performance 30 minutes before their allocated slot.
12. Stage arrangements are managed by organizers; teams are not allowed to make any stage changes.
13. Background props are not permitted.
14. Teams must provide a properly labelled USB with their Karaoke in MP3 format, and a backup copy, one hour before the event. Additionally, a final karaoke file must be submitted to the Convener via email at least a week before the event for confidential review.
15. Audio clarity of the karaoke is the responsibility of the participating teams.
16. The judges' decisions will be final and binding.
